MicroCredit Ventures is a non-profit making international organisation that provides loans to qualified Microfinance institutions. MicroCredit Ventures is an affiliate of the Microfinance Association, a professional membership organisation for the microfinance sector.

MicroCredit Ventures provides services to members and non-members of the microfinance association. We operate transparently, efficiently and expeditiously. MicroCredit Ventures promotes cost-effective, lean operations for itself and for its MFI partners.

MicroCredit Ventures is chiefly financed by the differential between the interest rate charged microfinance institutions and the interest rate which MicroCredit Ventures itself pays to borrow capital from banks, foundations and private individuals. We leverage private finance from Europe and North America by using the credit ratings of our Guarantors. We will consider applications from Microfinance institutions from all over the world.
